Swipq enables the transmission of electronic receipts between different actors. It also allows you to view your electronic receipts within our service. Swipq’s aim is to decrease the amount of paper receipts and to enable added value services based on electronic receipts, such as the direct transmission of receipts directly to accounting or bookkeeping and the provision of information services concerning purchases indicated by the receipts.
3. CONSENT AND OPPORTUNITIES TO INFLUENCE
Please note that by utilising the loyalty card or other identifier (such as your email address) connected to Swipq in connection with a transaction, the relevant data will be transmitted to Swipq servers.

Our Partners may in turn use your data, among other things, to provide you with electronic receipt viewing services and added value services and for other purposes further specified by them within the limits of your consent.
6. TO WHOM IS YOUR DATA TRANSMITTED OR DISCLOSED?
Swipq transmits your data to our data storage. Additionally, we may disclose your data to reliable third parties who participate in the execution of Swipq, for instance to data storage service providers.

We comply with customary data security practices, such as the encryption of transmitted information and limited backups, when processing your data. Additionally, to prevent the unauthorised use, modification or misuse of your data, only those of our employees and representatives who need to process your data in order to provide the Swipq service may process your data.
